The Homestead - a wonderful resort that our group enjoyed immensely. Combining history, tradition, and true southern hospitality, with an endless selection of activities and recreation, and a great place to hold a conference. The resort provided our attendees, many who brought families, a place to enjoy leisure time and build memories of family fun in a beautiful mountain setting. The meeting space was state of-the-art, spacious, and appropriately decorated highlighting the historical significance of the hotel. Service was exemplary - friendly, efficient, and gracious.

I have been visiting Bath County, Virginia and the Homestead for over 40 years. Recently, I have had the opportunity to work with and enjoy the amenities of the Homestead. The ambiance of this resort has added to the enjoyment of our attendees and the “can-do attitude” of the Homestead’s staff makes every aspect of conducting a meeting at their facility a pleasure, which has enhanced the success of our meetings.

It is a world-class venue and offers our attendees a true ‘retreat’ with its natural beauty, charm and elegance. From golf to skeet shooting to bowling to an outstanding fitness facility, there is a broad and varied offering of activities. The meeting space accommodates our numerous needs from several smaller breakout sessions to the large group meetings – and the food is exquisite! What we value most about the Homestead are the people. There is a team of people in every department ready and willing to serve our group with a smile. Whenever we are at the Homestead, we feel like we have come home.

When we return to The Homestead it is like coming home, we recognize many of the staff as they continue to make us feel welcome and offer excellent service that is one of their hallmarks.

The Homestead exceeded our every expectation from the accommodations, activities, food and festivities along with the outstanding staff, which made our Sales Rally celebration a huge success. The attention to detail to both our social and meeting time was exquisite.
